The Taylormade R9 Driver boasts a removable shaft - that is adjustable - to suit your golf swing or required ball flight. With the included Torque Wrench, one can adjust the club-face angle to shape your golf shot as required.

The R9 driver is engineered to promote trajectories that are increasingly higher, long-carrying & which move from right-to-left, increasingly lower, more controllable and which move from left-to-right, or which are neutral, with relatively straight flight & at mid-level height.

Taylormade introduces a new generation in Crown Technology incorporates a dual crown and large powerbase to lower CG in the clubhead, and promote high launch and low spin for more distance.

Super-stable head design with high-MOI, combined with Inverted Cone Technology. This promotes higher forgiveness with consistent distance on and off-centre hits. The Taylormade Super-Fast Technology includes a 49g shaft measuring 46 1/4 inches and promotes explosive swing speed, faster ball speed and added distance.

MOI in TaylorMade drivers is dramatically higher and more valuable in terms of its affect on ball speed, than MOI alone, owing to the benefit of TaylorMade's patented Inverted Core Technology. Effective MOI is the positive influence on ball on off-centre hits that exerted by the combined effects of a driver's MOI and technology (versus constant thickness club face).

Taylormade is back at it with its inverted cone tech which we all know is marketed to expand the sweet spot and reduce distance loss at the time of an off center hit. The design also features a sole that Taylormade claims will make it very versatile from just about any lie.

TaylorMade's Inverted Cone Technology was developed to expand the COR zone of TaylorMade drivers. The Inverted Cone is CNC-milled directly into the back side of the clubface resulting in a drastic variation in face thickness.Originally developed for TaylorMade drivers, Inverted Cone Technology has been successfully incorporated into TaylorMade® irons such as the r7®, r7 TP and Burner®.

Designed for the mid to low handicap golfer who enjoys extra forgiveness in their iron set Taylormade officially announced the new R9 Iron set in Japan and on it's website today. The set itself which is almost made of 2 different designs gives the golfer a long iron advantage with a hollow undercut and a high rebound face while the 6 thru gap wedge become more compact and solid without as much of the undercut forgiveness.
